You can probably see where this is going Rather quickly, her inexperience with human emotion is obscured by other matters–alien-controlled psychotic teens that are out to kill her, and a government group that is set on capturing and dissecting her.

I did want to mention there was a pretty graphic violent scene where the bad guy had teenagers chop up a woman and mentioned the children already being murdered… this was pretty sad and very image provoking in my mind.

It’s what made me want to pick up the book in the first place. Shopbop Designer Fashion Brands.

Here she must complete her task. Start the epic bestselling series that’s been read more than two million times worldwide! More feeling, more fleshing out of things.

It’s different from what is being advertised in most situations. On the other hand, there were two things that I disliked about this book. Praise for this series: The one character I loved the most was Michael.

He also has a bunch of humans, including Michael’s girlfriend, Cheverly, under his thumb. Why her gods care about a human falling in love, Venus has no idea, but she does know that she will not survive more than a week on Earth with its workmab poisoning her lungs.

I will not be continuing this series and Um, workmqn was NOT a good book. On top of that Venus has learned that someone has framed her for murder back on her home planet. What are your favorite fictional love stories? What the hell is an irrihunter or a Formytian?!

So, I have to say that I was extremely impressed by this book. It really gets her down so it doesn’t make you feel like she is acting like a helpless female. While at times I was bit confused of what exactly was going one, I fell in love with the plot, wanting to know what was going to happen next. This book was science fiction with some mythological undertones, yes, but it was Sci-Fi! Zaren, who is somewhat of a bodyguard, goes with her following his oath to protect and server her. When there are so many vampire and werewolf books it is great to find something different!!

Work,an loved seeing her react to human emotions and needs, like eating pancakes for the first time.

His thoughts were shallow, he was cocky, and considering we actually saw his thoughts I just never really saw that side that Venus did. On Kelari she was kind of cold and she thought love was not necessarily stupid, but not for someone as level-headed and focused on her people as her.

I really loved the Greek myth spin! Two of her books have been published through Curiosity Quills.

The other part that I workjan disliked was the ending. I really enjoyed it and about to start the next book I need to see what happens next. The bad guy; he’s evil Venus being so mopey though I understand why Some info dumping Needed one more edited Rating: This was the BEST book ever!. But time starts to run out anyway for Venus wodkman her body becomes more and more poisoned by Earth’s atmosphere and she starts to die.

And so in places where I was confused, it may just be that my brain isn’t used to reading this type of story. I’m still thinking about it, all these hours later, and I would definitely recommend it to any and all readers.

My first book in which I actually read about aliens and hope that this becomes a new theme.
